How the consultant uses your messages, audio and brief.
When the live connection is available, your messages and brief draft are sent to OpenAI’s Luna model to understand your task. The consultant uses the approved description of Denis’s work. You review the brief before saving; a simple form remains available if the model cannot respond.
A recording or audio file you choose is sent to OpenAI for transcription. You can edit the transcript before using it. The application processes the audio in memory and does not save the recording.
Saved briefs and their conversation history are stored by this service for Denis to review. Technical events use session and conversation identifiers. Email delivery depends on the configured sender; the interface shows the actual status. Acceptance by a mail server does not confirm inbox arrival.
Birchline Demo Works and its products, documents and invoices are fictional. The seven interactive demos are scripted simulations. The sample podcast uses two synthetic stock voices from ElevenLabs; the walkthroughs use captured demo screens and a Gemini-generated animated opener.
