How I work

From your task
to a working system.

Send your task as text or audio. I choose the technology, define the scope and send you a proposal with stages, timing and price. You approve it before we start.

PRICING / USD

Starting prices. A defined first result.

Start with one working process built on existing tools. After your brief, I choose the stack and send a fixed quote with scope, stages and timing.

01 / First stage

Sales Systems

From USD 350

One text channel: answers from your catalog, inquiry qualification and a handoff to one CRM or lead register.

02 / First stage

Outsourced Online Store

From USD 500

A small store on one platform: a ready-made theme, up to 20 prepared products, standard payment and delivery settings, and a tested purchase flow.

04 / First stage

Business Process Automation

From USD 300

One process connecting two existing systems, with data checks, a log and a handoff for exceptions.

05 / Monthly service

Brand Voice and Content Production

From USD 250/month

One language and one platform: brand voice setup, a plan, eight posts with simple graphics, your approval and scheduled publishing. Setup is included in the first month.

06 / First stage

Interactive Apps

From USD 600

A web app with one complete use case, such as a calculator or a short interactive pathway, adapted for phones.

07 / First stage

AI Personas

From USD 400

One text persona in one language, with a defined character, simple persistent memory, a web interface and tested conversations.

Prices are in USD. My work includes setup, testing and handover. Hosting, API usage and platform subscriptions are agreed and charged separately.

Describe your task
BEFORE YOU PAY

A proposal you can decide on.

You send the task; I work out the solution. I choose the tools and explain how they fit together, what the work will cost and what you will receive.

Result and scope
What the system will do, who will use it and what the first stage includes.
Technology and connections
The proposed stack, how it connects to your existing systems and what access or materials I need.
Stages, timing and price
What I deliver at each stage, when it is due and the price you approve before work begins.
External costs
Hosting, subscriptions and usage fees listed separately from my work.
Acceptance and handover
The scenarios we will test, plus the code, accounts, data and instructions you receive.
Support after launch
What ongoing support covers, its cost and how we agree on further development.

I send the initial concept within 48 hours of the brief. We refine it together and confirm the scope and terms before you pay for the first stage.

From the first message to ongoing support.

  1. 01

    Describe the task

Send me a message or an audio recording in your own words. Tell me what needs to happen, who will use the result and what gets in the way today. I clarify the details and put together the brief; source files can come later.

    At this step you get

A summary of your task and two to four questions to complete the brief.

  2. 02

    Receive my proposal

Within 48 hours of the brief, I send an initial concept. I choose the technology stack and explain how the system will work, what is included, the delivery stages, timing and cost.

    At this step you get

A proposal covering the result, technology stack, stages, timing, price, acceptance, external costs and support.

  3. 03

    Agree on the scope

You review the proposal and ask questions or request changes. We confirm the result, scope, price and acceptance criteria in writing, so you know what you are paying for.

    At this step you get

The agreed proposal, including changes and written approval.

  4. 04

    Start the first stage

Once we agree, you pay for the first stage and provide the access and materials it needs. I confirm the start date and the plan. Each following stage is paid before it begins.

    At this step you get

A confirmed start date and plan for the paid stage.

  5. 05

    Build in stages

I connect the data, tools and interfaces, build what is missing and show you progress through previews and a short weekly report. We agree on the cost and timing of any new requests before adding them.

    At this step you get

Visible progress, previews and a short weekly report.

  6. 06

    Test real scenarios

We check the complete path, including exceptions and the points where a person must decide. Acceptance is tied to the agreed scenarios.

    At this step you get

A stage acceptance record based on the agreed scenarios.

  7. 07

    Launch and hand over

I put the system into operation and hand over the code, accounts, access and instructions. You own the result.

    At this step you get

Access, code, the system diagram, instructions and a support plan.

  8. 08

    Keep it working

With the agreed support in place, I monitor the system, resolve issues and develop it as the business changes. You see what the system has done in the monthly report.

    At this step you get

A monthly “what the system did” report and proposals for what to build next.
