I created a freight dispatch system that automatically builds load plans around equipment constraints, payment terms and the order of pickups and deliveries.
The task
Build load plans for vehicle transport while accounting for equipment constraints, payment terms and the order of pickups and deliveries.
What was built
- One AI extractor reads the captured load-board text into structured facts.
- Code validates those facts, stores the evidence and calculates candidate routes against operating rules.
- After route selection, the system rechecks the selected loads and prepares a dispatcher package for review. Changed terms return the route for recalculation.
How it was checked
- The 11.0 architecture requires extracted facts to carry source references and quotes that code can validate.
- Selected loads are checked again against fresh board information before the package is prepared.
- The package images and captions receive a visual review. Unknown operating conditions remain visible for the dispatcher’s decision.
The result
NF Prime automatically builds load plans around equipment constraints, payment terms and the pickup and delivery sequence. Version 11.0 uses one AI extractor; the remaining pipeline is code.
