A customer asks whether a product is available. The assistant finds it in the catalog and gives a clear answer. That is useful, but the customer still needs a way to buy it, and the team needs to know what was agreed.
I build the path around that next step. Which product and quantity does the customer need? Are the price and stock current? Should the system prepare a quote or an order? Where does the inquiry go, and who takes over if the request needs a decision?
Those questions define the sales system. The conversation, catalog and CRM have to carry the same information through to the next action. That is the path I test, including a request the assistant cannot resolve on its own.
You can try a fictional version in the Sales Systems demo: ask about a product and follow the inquiry into a sample CRM record. Then describe the path you want your own customers to take.
